Bad customer service
Very nice individual to speak with and initially felt comfortable with him. He soon became very unresponsive. He had no eye for detail. He was the General and seemed to like it better when we called the subcontractors. He left off the trim work around the cabinets, Installed the wrong lazy susan, Installed the wrong kitchen faucet, used the wrong tile pattern when installing the flooring, did not inspect the granite work, they left off the end cap that wraps around and finishes off the slab where it buts up to the refrigerat... read more
