This place is mediocre for the price. It seemed like when we moved in everything was broken. They came to fix it but it was a hassle. The bathtub and appliances were way out dated. The only thing really nice about it was the pool and they didn’t even get it open till the end of July. Also, when we moved out, the management told us we would get our deposit back as long as everything was okay. That was a lie. We left the place better then when we moved in. Unsafe place, unprofessional management. Your electric bill is around 650$. The place is really bad.
The worst place to live in. Specially the management. Never ever trust those guys. The community is terrible unsecured. My electric bill is around 700 $ month.
We have been here almost a year we love it My husband i hope to be here for as long as the lord will keep us . It is easy to keep the inside clean this is all we needed .
Excellent staff. Well maintained apartment. Highly recommend
