They tend to bandaid problems instead of really fixing them; multiple maintenance calls for repeated issues, water leaks, ceiling mold, you name it. Don't do it to yourself. You can find more for your money.
I have lived here for 2 years. I recently lost my job which has forced me to break my contract early. I went to see if they could help me since I have never been late on rent, never had any issues or complaints and I am a veteran. I got told that I have to pay $2500(2 months rent) on top of next month's rent because I have a 30 day notice on the 5th instead of the 1st so this month doesn't count(almost $4000 with no job). I have lived here al Last two years. I love it here. The atmosphere is wonderful and very clean and safe. Karen is amazing !!! She works with you in bad times. You will not regret living here
