Based on the great reviews for the Dr, I called to schedule an appointment for my husband who has profound hearing loss. The manager Debra was so rude during our phone conversation there is no way we could possibly invest in hearing aids there. After asking for insurance I told her UPMC and then she automatically tried to push me off to another place assuming he has Medicare. She said he has Medicare doesn’t he? I said no, I told you UPMC. I have been wearing hearing aids for many years and I would highly recommend Cranberry Hearing & Balance Center - West View. Look no further for your hearing aid needs. Dr. Lilleton was great and very professional. She knows what she is doing, and it truly took little time for the hearing aid test and to set up the aids correctly (this was a problem with my last professional).
