I had my hearing test done here and Dr. Jenna Littleton explained the whole process and answered all my questions in detail. I had such a great experience and would highly recommend this place! Dr. Littleton took great care of me and I will definitely be coming back in the future if needed!
I visited cranberry hearing and balance in Westview on December 30, 2025. It was explained to me prior to my visit that I would be responsible for any out-of-pocket expenses not covered by my insurance. After having my hearing test, Dr. Jenna Wickham advised me that I would need to pay $6000 for my hearing aids and then seek reimbursement from my insurance company. Good experience with knowledgeable staff
Had to get hearing aids and they were much cheaper for the product than other stores. Had a water spill and they sent the hearing aids back to the manufacturer to get repaired, they came back like new. Would recommend this audiologist with the highest rating
