Made an appointment six months prior. Confirmed appointment and the was told by receptionist that I didn’t confirm my appointment so my appointment spot was double booked and I would have to wait. Totally unprofessional, I left work early to be here early and was treated with complete indifference. Been a patient for several years, will be finding a new dentist immediately
Most unprofessional dental office ever. They treat their patients like garbage and will cancel your appt day of after waiting 6 months.

My Mom ,Clara, Saw Dr Li. He and the staff were exceptional. My Mom is Handicapped and he helped her. She was nervous and he was so compassinate and Caring. I have never seen any Dentist as caring as him. They went above and beyond.
I enjoy the staff and the work they do. They’re worth a look if you need a new dentist. They did a crown for me a while back and it went really well.
