Cramers has been our floor store for over twenty years. From carpeting to hardwood and laminate in the basement, we are more than satisfied. Dovelyn is a problem solver, pragmatic, professional, and has made each floor decision easy. The Cramers team is the best! Recently had two sofas and a chair cleaned. They look great and smell even better. I use unscented detergent and soap; not a fan of Febreeze-type masking smells. These upholstered pieces look and smell clean.
Diane is wonderful to work with. She made sure we were happy with the rug and all the decor in the room looks well together. Great selections!!! I will not go anywhere else now that I have Diane and Cramers. Thank you.
