This carpet store is an absolute gem in Madison, New Jersey! I couldn’t be happier with the customer service they provided not to mention their fabulous selection of carpets and top-notch professional installations in my home. Working with Dovlyn was great. She was knowledgeable and helpful and also fun to work with! She was able to help us figure out what carpet we wanted and what would look best in our space and was very patient and helpful when we second guessed our material choice - she even came back out to our house for a second time with the samples so we could see everything one more time. In the end we went with the material we had originally picked and our project came out even better than we had expected. Definitely recommend.
We used Cramers Carpet One for hardwood floor refinishing and carpet installation. The work was done in a timely fashion; everyone was very professional and took the time to communicate clearly as to what to expect. The end product looks great!
Diane was so knowledgeable and helped me pick out gorgeous stair runners for my home - and the install crew did a fabulous job of installing them! ....and my dog loves running up and down the stairs now :)
