We were desperately looking to install a stair runner for traction on our stairs (for us and our dog) and are so glad we found Cramer’s. We first went to the storefront in Madison to look at options (of which there were many) and were able to bring a few samples back home. Diane helped us choose the carpet material that would work best for our family with children and pets. The installation went smoothly and efficiently and the end result turned out wonderfully. Highly recommend Cramer’s!

We love our new carpet runner! The shopping and purchasing experience with Dovelyn was professional and she showed us lots of options. The scheduling process was easy and the installation was quick! We’re super pleased overall.

We decided to have our flooring done. We had carpeted floors for years & we decided to have hardwood installed. I was browsing for contractors, then this company was recommended by my sister's friend so we decided to give them a try since the feedback from them was good. Absolutely recommend Cramers Carpet One! Dovlyn was such a pleasure to deal and took all the hassle from us by liaising directly with our insurance following very severe water damage to our wood floors. Dovlyn was exemplary from the assessment to the replacement and Don did an excellent job on site. Definitely go to them for any of your flooring needs!

Dovlyn gave us great advice, was hard working, thoughtful and patient. She did legwork for us that made us feel confident in our decision. Installation was done by a true trades-person with care and attention to detail. Love our carpet!!
