Dovlyn was very patient and helpful in assisting me in choosing a stair runner and Nick, the installer, was very polite and did an excellent job.
This isn't the first time I have used them for floor refinishing, although last two times were long ago. Full service and literally dustless. They took all the furniture out, removed carpets and tacks, filled in all those holes, replaced some boards that were damaged, then put all the furniture back. This time the last two rooms with carpeting - office and guest bedroom. All done in four days. This is the place to call if you need floors refinished.
I’ve been working with Diane for a few months now and she has been so patient and helpful assisting with our new floors. I decided to have new floors installed a week before I gave birth and Diane moved mountains to make it happen! Rudy and his install team are professional and talented. We have an older home with a complex floor situation and they have handled it with ease. Looking forward to having the rest of our home completed soon!
