Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked Did the chiropractor offer on-site X-Rays? Yes, I didn't have to drive anywhere! Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for

Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left! Was this chiropractor friendly? Extremely Friendly Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Were the chiropractor's hands uncomfortably cold during your treatment? Not at all! I was very comfortable during my entire treatment

They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.
