The good: The technician Jacob was great & I appreciated the quick response time to resolve my heating issue. The bad: Crain H&C has otherwise been very good with us but on this call - very unhappy being charged over double the service call fee for an easy-access 10 minute sensor cleaning job. Should be a sticker on these units warning malfunction if this sensor is not cleaned periodically and would have been good for Crain to mention during their post-install check. My bad for not reading the manual or consulting Google but... read more
