We have used Craig's pool service for nearly 10 years; we have not experienced any issues with our service. He is always prompt when a repair is needed and his rates are very reasonable.

Have to agree with earlier writer. He's a very likable guy no doubt. But he'd often times spend less than 5 minutes here. When he left, pool and particularly connected spa were still dirty. Over half the time he'd just flip the timer switch when done and leave, not making sure things worked. At least half the time the sweep wouldn't work because it had a pebble in it. Craig became very lazy after a short time cleaning my pool. He liked to turn the pump on an 18 hour cycle so he would not have to do as much work. He rarely ever cleaned the filter and I don’t ever recall him sweeping the sides. He was unable to maintain a good chemical balance so the pool continued to get algae. At the end he just quit showing up. I guess he was defeated by the pool. I would suggest if you are looking for a pool man you continue your search.
