I was in need of a new muffler on my truck, decided to go with dual exhaust, I explained that I didn't want anything too loud. Just wanted a little louder than "stock". When I came to pick it up, it was very loud, even inside the truck. NOT the purr i asked for. When I called about it, his answer was that's the only muffler they had available, and there was nothing he could do.
