When visiting Clarion, PA or surrounding areas on my long stays this is my go to lady owned and operated barber shop. Affordable men's haircuts. Walk-ins welcomed. Very small building that can get full rather quickly at peak times. Don't for get your quarters for street parking.
If there is more than one person waiting in a chair, you should just turn and walk right out. I have never. And I mean NEVER seen people cut hair slower. You will watch them snip micro hairs off someone and go to another section of the head, then come back and virtually snip at air again. Seen this multiple times.
