We were in the Palo Duro Canyon when the AC in our Jeep stopped cooling. Rowena and staff diagnosed our problem fast and got the parts expedited where we were back on the road within a few days. They went above and beyond getting our warranty claim approved. Both Jeep dealerships were 3 weeks out on repair work. We are forever grateful for them since temperatures were around 105 and we needed to get back on the road ASAP with our 3 dogs.
Call and got a price quote on the phone. Went to pick up my car after being fixed and the price was the quote plus another 120 for labor. Either you need to work on your price quotes or I got hustled. Either way won't go back.
Great staff. Great service. Always reliable when we need the fleet serviced.
