Thank you to Austin. Anyone looking for an honest and up front mechanic go here. Mom was supposed to go to Rairden in Monroe for an oil cooler replacement and paid 118 for the diagnostic and was quoted 1200+ for the repair. Austin looked at it today and it is functioning just fine. If it needed replacement he was only going to charge her 600 to 800 total. We are now 100% never using the dealership again. we are sold on Craig's for all of our mechanic needs.

These guys are awesome! Not overpriced, never try to sell you anything you don't need, and are quite capable of everything I have ever brought to them!
Great service, friendly, competent........... it's a pleasure to go there even though you're having issues when you do go, but they make it as painless as possible. Love love love these guys. Seriously!!!
