After 53 minutes in the waiting room I WALKED OUT. They are overbooked and lie.I booked my appointment for their next available slot. I was told 1PM (and no other time). I was asked to fill out some paperwork before I arrived which I did. When I got there I was asked to take a seat. I sat waiting with half a dozen other people for 47 minutes from 12:50 PM to 1:37 PM at which point I wrote a review on their website saying it was ridiculous how late they are for appointments. I was referred here and couldn’t be happier. This Dr cares and asks if you have questions and if you understand everything. The office is clean and staff is nice. Thanks for everything.
I found this practice to be extremely unprofessional. I was seen for a regular check up and the office seemed unusual to me. It seemed almost like a pain clinic and had ads for marijuana and cbd products in the “lobby”. I use that term loosely because it reminded me of the front room of a college roommate. This dr right here helped me when no other dr could back in 2017! I was living with pain and sadly my insurance changed and i haven't been able to go back since Jan 2018. This review is long over due, thanks for truly caring about your patients.
Horrible MD and staff! I went for a physical. I waited for 1 hour from my appointment time. I was never examed by the MD!! He asked me no questions about my health history or concerns...only wrote for labs and told me to follow up in 1 month which won’t be happening! Save yourself time and money and go to a MD that will actually give a crap about you!
Horrible bedside manner. Acted like I was interrupting his day. Did nothing for me as far as refills (non-narcotic)! Aggressively asked me questions like he was very irritated. His concern appeared to be on the $$ hes making giving out MMJ cards. Go somewhere else if you want a Dr to at least pretend to care because he couldn't even fake it..
