I went into South west for a nuclear test,and had to have blood work,I am always hard to find a good vein to get blood the nurses tried several times but could not get it,then walks in the Eric he proceeds to tell me in detail what he was going to do,he was also the one to do my nuclear test,this guy really stood out to me he is very good at what he do and he stuck me only once and blood was flowing free,he made sure I understand what was going on,Just wanted to say Thank-you for great customer service.
Dr Salvaggio saved my life. He and his team are fantastic. I would highly recommend the CIS team.

Had a 10:00 appointment. Got there early to make sure I had paper work complete by ten. Was told by reception that I would be helped in just a minute. After watching many people come in after me and be called back before me I again asked what the problem was. Again told she checked and I was next. Four more people went before me. Asked again and told same lie. 11:30 called back. Saw Dr for five minutes at most and was told to come back in six months to do tests. In your dreams. I will never go back.
