EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! The office staff and Mike, are always professional and pleasant to work with. Mike is really good about taking the time to explain the status of my unit and answering all my questions, this makes me feel like family! Horrible experience with Craig Kruger Air!!! Purchased Whole House & Ductless Trane units. After 8 service calls for problems and leak that Ruined Cabinets, found new Trane Service Company. Still fighting with insurance company, headed to small claims court. Do research, do not trust BBB rating. Look at number of complaints.
