...i do not recommended this office/agent, they just want property to get rid of it at costs, or in other words, sell it at all costs, or in others words, sell it as soon as possible, take yours and suggest to the seller that the price should be reduced because, because.....they also persuade to furnish for the period of sale for which of course you have to pay and it does not help at all - and maybe it will be possible to sell furniture as well
