Craig is very kind and professional. He gives a qoute and sticks to it. He is reliable and provides excellent work at a reasonable price and stands behind his work. We went through a nightmare reno and Craig was here fixing the other contractors mistakes and supported us every step. Criag showed up very quickly, when we called about a suspected leaking hot water tank. The next day and everything has been taken care of. Quick, friendly, and polite. Kids liked him.

The cartridge in my shower needed to be replaced and I got in touch with Craig easily by phone. He went out of his way to work around my schedule which was so appreciated, and was very friendly and professional when he arrived. He checked with me before purchasing the parts needed, and was very transparent about costs for parts and labour. The invoice was very straightforward, and I was able to pay by e-transfer which was easy and convenient. I will definitely contact him again the next time I need anything done!
