We bought our LTV Unity RV from Craig Smith RV Center. I might add that this was our first time ever to be involved in the RV industry ( in our 60s ) We wanted to see the USA in our retirement. We have always been treated with professional care as they have gone the extra mile to accommodate any repairs to our LTV. We feel like family when we drive in from the Detroit area. All the sales, service and parts departments have been easy to work with to meet our expectations.
BUYERS BEWARE! Craig Smith RV Center is the last place I would send anyone for an RV. After paying over $85,000 for a 2013 Leisure Travel Free Spirit on a 2013 Mercedes Benz I find out its not a 2013 but rather a 2012. I also paid $600 for pre delivery service only to find out it was done. Also have an AV Center that doesn't work, was led to believe that they would make an adjustment to correct the issue.
