If I could would be less that one star, Horrible place, sold a "NEW" destination trailer that did not have the gray water hooked up, therefore all the gray water was going into the floor between the insulation and bottom. They will not honor the warranty, said it was are problem. This trailer was ONE MONTH OLD!! Never ever again, worst place on the planet to deal with.

Hands down the best RV dealer I have worked with in over 30 years of RV experience The sales team is exceptional. I have purchased several RV'S from them. The service team is friendly and efficient. I have worked with Aaron for years. He is extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and responsive to any concerns I have had in sales, maintenance and upgrades. Terrible service. Lied to me from beginning to end of my repair. Completed repairs without my authorization that were not paid for by my warranty company. Overcharged for the repairs. Took much longer than expected to get my rig back. I will never do business with this company again.

I was not impressed at all with this dealership. Our salesman was fantastic and seemed to be a good guy playing middleman between us and an awful leadership administration. That said, we came in and looked at a specific trailer, agreed on a deal, and put money down to have that trailer ready by Friday. They had some minor things to fix that were pointed out when I looked at it. My husband and I have been looking at RVs for years. We finally settled on a Leisure Travel Van RTB and found a newer model with a great price at Craig Smith. I’ve had such a horrible experience buying my 2020 camper from Craig Smith RV. They are extremely dishonest and have very poor customer service. I paid a lot of money for them to do their inspection, detail, and walkthrough. They said it would be 10 days until we could do a walkthrough. Turned into several weeks . We declined it and picked up our camper when the service and detail was supposedly done. There was no detailing done. I found dog hair and dog food on the floor. The refrigerator smelled terrible. We bought our LTV Unity RV from Craig Smith RV Center. I might add that this was our first time ever to be involved in the RV industry ( in our 60s ) We wanted to see the USA in our retirement.
