Unkind and unhelpful staff. My new Chevy received a recall and I was told to bring it in to a local Chevy dealer. That the wait would be over 2 hours and we should request a rental car. We were outright denied the rental car by Craig Smiths Dealership. The told us "it is not our problem!" very rudely. Will never come back to this so called "business" again. You have lost a faithful customer.

Great customer service but the 2011 camaro rs you sold Logan Cook had engine problems we found after he bought it. Now he has to put a bunch of money into fixing it �� the whole point in getting it was to upgrade it and not have the fix it cause he would have had to fix the evo instead of upgrading it. Now he’s in a worse position.
