I have had many bad experiences here from them selling me a car with a rotted out frame to “fixing” my truck after it was hit while parked on the side of the road... after asking them to properly fix the paint job after not prepping properly they refused and said that i said i was happy with it... there was molding on the side of my truck that wasn’t properly reattached and it flew off while driving months ago and it took paint with it, since the paint has just been slowly peeling away. My car was totalled and I had given up all hope finding something within my budget. I stopped at Craig Smith just to talk my options over and Ron went above and beyond to make sure I rode home with a car within my budget and even took care of the license fees and everything for me. I will most definitely be back and undoubtedly will tell all my friends and family to go see Ron at Craig Smith Auto too!!!
If you want to buy a vehicle I would say we bought 6 vehicles since 2002 and the last 2 vehicles purchased was a really bad experience from the 13 Silverado heatercore replacement on day 3 new and interior thrashed and going thru the replacement headache and being a rattle trap to paying wwwaaaaayyyyyy to much and finding out that your supposive trade in amount disappeared on total cost .Being loyal and trusting your getting the best deal doesn’t happen at this place and we found that out the hard way.Shop cargurus and buy w... read more
