poor customer service – Watch out for the "worry free" extended service contract for $2000.00. Within 90 days our used car needed transmission work, it was not operational at all. The extended service contract did not cover the 1100.00 repair bill at all. We were mislead. We specifically asked, if the car breaks down we are covered, they said yes.
