I was the focus of the visit. What I felt and how it felt were the point of most of the questions. Everyone considered my level of comfort and each step of my X-ray and examination was fully explained. No one on the team left me without confirmation that all of my questions had been answered to my satisfaction.
For the second time in three visits. I waited for nearly an hour for the doctor and then rescheduled because I was given no idea how long it would be. I arrived at 755am for an 800am appt. My copay was promptly taken. Then I waited for xray....50 minutes later with no communication from the staff, I went to reception to ask how much longer it would be. Temple Terrace Ortho has a very friendly staff. I drive there (which is way out of my area), because they have top doctors and are a professional group.Everyone is on task and very efficient. Dr.Radnay was very nice and easy to talk to. Explained my condition and offered a solution. His scheduling staff Danielle was beyond excellent. I have been to different orthopedic places and they are the best.
Dr. Radnay took the time to get to know my history and planned the right course of action to ensure I get the proper treatment for my issues. He shows his patients he truly cares and is a very good listener and has a very pleasant bedside manner.
I went in for an Achilles rupture diagnosis and to schedule surgery and the entire team there were very friendly, kind and courteous. They took their time looking into my case and kept me in the loop while I was waiting. Great team, and I recommend them for your ortho needs.
A total ability to discuss my concerns and feelings on possible surgery. Dr. was very open, listened well and made thoughtful and appropriate comments.
He takes his time he listens to what you have to say by far this is the best foot doctor I ever seen
I was seen on time. I was given a diagnosis and a plan for management. Clear and professional.
I couldn’t ask for a better Dr. Trust his advice and he makes sure all your questions are answer. Great communication and positive attitude.
