Dr F is the only podiatrist who acknowledged and fixed my issue - I saw two others who told me to buy better shoes. Dr F measured and fitted me for orthotics that changed my life.
I first went to Dr. Friedman in April 2017 for custom Orthotics at Union Memorial. He seemed knowledgeable and conscientious. I waited a month, which is customary, and picked up the Orthotics at his Reisterstown Office. The Orthotics weren't comfortable, so I requested an adjustment. That's when things went south. Dr. Friedman said that he would request the adjustment and that since the lab had my cast it wouldn't take long at all. That was in May 2017 and now in October 2017, I still have no Orthotics.
