After being with this office for 12 years. I am appalled by how raji treats patients and parents. Went in for lab results for my son and was refused to be seen or allowed to talk with a provider about the bad attitude of a employee. They were unable to verify insurance that is definitely active because we see another provider for my son as well.... but after being there 12 years they need 120 bucks upfront and then file a claim. I absolutely love Adrian and all the staff! They have always been so great with our kiddos and making us feel like family.
I've been taking my daughter here since she was born. Great people! Never had any issues. You can tell they really care about kids and want to do a good job. Sometimes it's a little busy but I attribute that to them being so popular.
The staff is incompetent. This might be an ok place for regular check ups but when your kid is sick and you need to follow up with the doctor, you will have to wait endlessly till it is convenient for them to talk. I did not once feel that they were genuinely concerned about my child.
