Excellant Practice I had both of my children using this practice and highly recommend the doctors on staff. I have very difficult pregancies and they did not hesitate to admit when one of them was too much for even them to handle. It was because of their research and follow-up that myself and my baby are here today. Dr. Tricia even came all the way to Dallas to check on me on Easter day, and she didn't even deliver me due to complications. The doctors truly care about their patients.
Disappointed We really liked going here and have had two deliveries with the Dr. from Craig Ranch Ob Gyn. Were are going to have to leave a find another Dr as my wife showed up for an appointment and forgot her wallet and they told her that they could not see her since she did not have her co-pay that day for her visit. Its sad that they were more worried about $20 then seeing a patient that they have had for years that could have stopped by later that afternoon and dropped off the co-pay. My experience so far with Craig Ranch OBGYN I am quite pleased with all the staff at Craigs Ranch. The doctors, nurses and support staff all have been quite friendly and helpful. This is my first baby and they have made me feel comfortable and always feel free to ask any questions I have, as they never seem irritated or annoyed. I am happy with my choice of Craigs Ranch so far! I am currently 18 weeks along.
delivered 2 w/this practice The doctors are good. Dr. Tricia delivered both of my children. All went well, but I often felt like I was just a number w/all of the doctors. Yes, they are busy, but I felt like I just got the standard answers when I inquired about something. However, I wonder if this is common w/doctors nowadays. Good Doctors - but the office is too busy I had my first baby with them and I was sad to switch doctors for my second because I loved Dr. Tricia Shimer. However, I got a letter in the mail that she was moving from the practice and her new location is too far of a drive for me so that made the decision to switch practices easier. I had a similar experience as the above poster with the nurse always being irritated with me - except my nurse was Carolyn. Wonderful Midwives I see Jeanean Carter who is a midwife at Craig Ranch and she is fantastic. Their new offices are fabulous and like a spa. They are also very patient if I need to being the kids along and will set the TV in the room to Nick Jr without even asking. I've never had to wait too long and the doctors always take their time answering every question I have. I have been a patient for 3 years. I Love Craig Ranch OB-GYN All the doctors are wonderful, I absoloutely love the office environment, all the staff is very friendly and doctors as well. I feel like a family member the way the Doctors speak with you, they take time and don't get annoyed at my many questions.
Great Doctors ! I have visited with all of the doctors in this practice and could not be more satisfied ! They are all very professional, knowledgeable, understanding and have great bed-side manners. I always leave feeling like I've received their full attention.
