Horrible experiance My first child was born in 09 dr roberts deliverd me n the ecperiance was great I had a iud put in n got a horrible infectin n was in tons of pain I hax to go to the er multiple times when they said it wad fine I went to them with my secound pregnacy it was a horrible pregnancy I have horrible migrains daily n I ended up in the hospital myltiple times they treated me like a hassel n delibered me six weeks early they never called or checked up on my son or me who was in the niccu 18 days I never went back ... read more
Stellar Practice My experience with Craig Ranch has always been positive. I choose this practice because one of my friends went to them, unfortunately she had a miscarriage and said they were really helpful and compassionate. I figured if they could handle something traumatic well they could handle anything well. So when I got pregnant I switched over to them. A little Compassion Helps I really liked Dr. Tricia, she was very helpful, I had had an awful miscarriage and she really helped me through it with the D and C as well as encouragement for the IUD. She was very nice and compassionate and made me feel very comfortable. However I did not care much for the other people in the office. I dont really know the who the rude lady was but I am assuming it was the same person everyone else is complainng about. That is something that this group should think about. Doctors great...stay away from Joelle The doctors are great, although I was really disappointed that Dr. Tricia left the practice. She delivered both my kids. The support staff is less than desirable. Really, I hope they do something about it, because it's a reflection on their management. I'm not sure how Joele was even hired...she is so rude and unrprofessional. Countless friends of mine warned me about her and, after 2 pregnancies, I absolutely agree...every experience w/her is miserable.
Craig Ranch Ob Gyn is EXCELLENT Great! I had my son Feb 16 2009 and now I am with my second only 6 weels along. I love the staff they are great and the doctors are wonderful. I will be seeing Dr Shimer gain but they are all good. Carolyn and Julia are amazing..I love those gals! There has been a few staff changes it seems since my last vivit I miss those ladies but the new ones are great as well. Would absolutely recommend Craig Ranch OBGYN.
Craig Ranch Ob Gyn is a great place to be. After my kids are now teenagers, I wanted a sterilization (having the 'tubes tied') and had my surgery with Dr. Joyner. I can only say that she is wonderful, everything went as smooth as can be, the staff at the surgery center and at Craig Ranch OBGYN has been exceptionally professional. I was up and running after 2 days, with barely any pain medication, the scars are practically invisible. Kudos to Dr. Joyner and her team!
wouldn't recommend I used them for my 1st baby and will not being going back for the next! I felt like the doctors didn't even know who I was when they would walk in for my visit. No communication between the different doctors. The nurse's seem very inexperienced! Wouldn't recommend to a family or friend!
I would recommend Craig Ranch to All! I had my first baby there (born Feb 16 2009) Dr Andy Shimer delivered via c section as he was breech. It was wonderful! No pain, incision is barely noticeable. I've seen all the other doctors at the practice throughout my pregnancy and they are all wonderful. Very professional and personable. The nurses and desk staff are all great! I will be trying for #2 soon and will definitely having my care at Craig Ranch
I think they are trying but could be better I first want to say that Carolyn was very nice and the two drs. I saw (Dr. roberts and Dr. Andy Shimer) were very professional and nice. Most of the staff I found to be very friendly and kind. However, I do have a bad taste in my mouth from one or two nurses (not sure if it was the same one or not). One talked down to me and said I needed to make sure I was on time--I thought it was rude. I also was highly offended when a nurse asked me if I was going to keep my baby. I don't care ... read more
