Always full. I've had a few mental crisis moments over the years but I was told each time I've called that they aren't taking new patients. Every time I call I get told that. And based off of the other reviews I'm kind of glad I never went. Sounds like they don't actually help anyone but I bet they charge a pretty penny. And ironically a miscarriage mistreatment at their ER years ago that has led to crazy health issues and chronic pain is the reason I have the mental distress. But I'll never get any recourse.
My grandson was brought to your facility late last night for help during a crisis. Vitals were taken and then he was left alone to sit for 2 hours. No one came in to talk to him or to help in any way. As his grandmother I’m furious, as a nurse I’m appalled and frankly baffled! How could this happen in a place that is supposed to help those in mental crisis? After receiving NOTHING from your facility he walked out. Thankfully he has a loving family and a wise mother but what if he did not?? What about those who do not???
They've admitted my husband for no good reason. He's asked to leave and they've hit him with legal papers. He is not a danger to himself or anybody. I called and tried to talk to the social worker, Ariane. She was outright nasty to me. I'm devastated and I don't know what to do.
this place is actually great. the staff are very friendly and they actually care.
They refuse to admit my child coming from a treatment center because she is not in imminent danger even though she is hurting herself. She makes a safety plan and breaks it but they don’t care.
