I had my home listed for 3 months with a different real estate company and it was shown only twice. I decided to cancel my listing with that realtor and in a matter of minutes of doing that I received a call from Craig asking if my house was still for sale and I told him yes it was! He said he thinks he has a buyer and he made an appointment for the next day to show his clients.
