Satisfied Customer – As a former customer of Miller Contracting I had a similar experiences with different results. Mr. Miller was a very compatent contractor, we had similar ice-dam situations which he rectified free of charge after our roof had been put on by him after 6 yrs. He gave us no bill and offered other solutions including adding insilation to solve the problem.
Craig Miller is an unethical rip-off artist – My experience with Miller Contracting, Inc. is about as horrible as it can get. His cutting corners philosophy has resulted in water damage to my home and dangerous ice covered entrances at both doors. He refuses to come out and fix his roof construction flaws which continue to threaten the safety of anyone coming to my house in the winter and wreak more water damage inside. Beware this typical unethical contractor.
