I had made an appointment earlier this morning and was confirmed. But later this afternoon some girl called me back with a bad connection and an attitude!!! And was chewing gum like a cow. And had the nerve to make it seem like I made the mistake. And talk to me like I was stupid and couldn't understand her. They really need to do a better job on hiring because that rudeness is unnecessary!!!

Walk in clinic is overrated. Needed a physical yet had to schedule an appointment soooo I couldn’t be seen. The front desk was rude. The Np treat the clinic like it’s a MD office visit , requesting blood work on the first visit and won’t do a physical unless blood work is completed which cost more money....Go to e7 Health, e7Health are professional and take walk in’s for any type of visit. They’re courteous and efficient

You need to retrain your receptionist or just fire her. Her people skill and manners are terrible. Terrible first impression.

The entire staff was awesome proficient and my doctor was amazing she took her time with me and you don't get that a lot nowadays thank guys for your care
The staff are rude i can't get a refill for long term meds as a patient i have to wait three hours with walk inns because im late. Hate this place!!!
