These idiots forgot to send in my wife's PAIN MEDICATION from her C SECTION. an absolute INTOLERABLE blunder and I would recommend absolutely NOBODY use this hospital for anything child related or mother related. My wife is in AGONY. I hope I get someone fired.
Some of the nurses here are exceptional, some are pretty uninterested and rude. I work in customer facing business and am not sure why I’m nicer to customers than 1/3 of the nurses here are to patients, really takes minimal effort by be generally polite. Honestly the few people that make it feel unwelcoming ruin it. The care we received was great and everyone in surgery and triage was fantastic. Not sure why they keep grumpy nurses in the newborn area.
I don't usually complain or comment but I feel if your job requires interaction with people the bare minimum requirement is have a personality It was Sunday June 28th 745 pm the worker at the front desk was one of the ruddest individual I've dealt with in some time seemed more interested in Not moving from her chair then giving any assistance I wish more time would be spent training employees on having a personality in positions where one is required
