I had been a patient of Dr. Michael Finikiotis for over 35+ years then I was suddenly dropped by the practice due to an unprofessional and unethical office manager (Diane). The doctor oath to do NO harm means nothing to this practice. The Malpractice that they perform on a daily basis is sad. You would think my doctor would discuss dropping me as a patient but NO. I love my doctor, Patrice Rau! She is the most kind and attentive doctor I have ever had. Sometimes I have to wait a little for an appointment, which does not bother me because I know the doctor is taking time with each and every patient. Which shows- when I am having my appointment I feel like I am not rushed, Dr. Rau listens to each and every problem I have and is very thorough. I also really appreciate the on call doctors, there have been several times when I have called them on weekends and they are very helpful.
This Practise has No Integrity and Empathy for patient .I have been Suffering pain on my Right arm for last 2 weeks.Long Story Short I have complied every process which on Record with Practice. Today I spoke to Office Manager Ms.Diane requesting her to pls take action in regards to my Concern and She was very Rude and Disrespectful and provided me with Confliting Statements.I have UPMC Insurance and UPMC PCP Practice and did not expect this service.I am in Pain and is effecting my livelyhood.
Dr. Aldewereld is the best PCP I have ever had in my *entire life*. ( I'm 64). I am so very sad she is leaving the practice. She takes you seriously and does everything she can to address every concern you may have. I hope Craig Medical can live up to her level of care and caring in the future.
