This Practise has No Integrity and Empathy for patient .I have been Suffering pain on my Right arm for last 2 weeks.Long Story Short I have complied every process which on Record with Practice. Today I spoke to Office Manager Ms.Diane requesting her to pls take action in regards to my Concern and She was very Rude and Disrespectful and provided me with Confliting Statements.I have UPMC Insurance and UPMC PCP Practice and did not expect this service.I am in Pain and is effecting my livelyhood.
Dr. Aldewereld is the best PCP I have ever had in my *entire life*. ( I'm 64). I am so very sad she is leaving the practice. She takes you seriously and does everything she can to address every concern you may have. I hope Craig Medical can live up to her level of care and caring in the future.
Every doctor I have seen here has been great. However, I have also never been able to see the same doctor more than once (staff retention issues I guess?). Proper continuity of care is impossible when you play a game of telephone across an endless procession of doctors.
Recommend UPMC CRAIG MEDICAL ASSOCIATES, especially Dr. Finikiotis. The group has been attending to my medical care for more than 30 years; and I can't praise them enough. Surprised to read some of the negative comments here, though I would agree they've changed a little since the move from Ellsworth Ave. and becoming a 'UPMC' practice.
