This place is the absolute pits of car dealerships! I don't think a soul up there has a clue of what they're doing. I took my car for simple service, and the service was deplorable! Not only did I wait on hold forever when i called to check on my car multiple times, but i was consistently told they need another day to work on my car. I'm sorry but 3 days for a simple fix is ridiculous. What's worse, not once did they ever call me to update about anything regarding my Vehicle.
