Took my 11 Dodge Caliber up here to see why I could possibly have dropped from 24 mpg to going through a 1/4 tank of gas in 30 miles (approx 10 mpg). It just so happened that my CVT dipstick tube was broken off and had been exposed for a while. They fixed the dipstick tube (power train warranty) and refused to contact Chrysler about getting a transmission flush covered because "that's the customer's job".
