I was shot in the head in 12/22. Dr Kilburg not only had to explain to my kids the scary, uncertain situation which he did professionally and kindly and answered all their questions and concerns, but also removed a bullet that had broke up in my head. The experience with Dr. Kilburg was outstanding. He was very pleasant which makes everything easier. He was patient and explained things in a clear and understandable fashion. He set out alternative treatments and gave his recommendations as to each. I recommend him wholeheartedly.
Dr. Kilburg gives you patience, courtesy and knowledge. I would recommend him for anyone in need of the services he provides. I fortunately did not need to use his O.R. services and hopefully will not need to. But, if I do, I trust his knowledge and have faith in his abilities.
I have been to see Dr. Kilburg twice now and both times, my husband and I have finished the visits extremely impressed with him. He is friendly, but professional. He listens to all of your questions and concerns and explains things in ways that are understandable. He doesn't rush through the appointment, making me feel like he cares about me as a patient, which not all doctors do. Although the circumstance stunk, Dr. Kilburg and the entire Neuroscience team took excellent care of me. They were very straight forward and comforting during a scary situation. What I appreciated the most, was the speed at which they took care of me.
