We looked for roofing contractor since early winter 2010. Some of this guy come and gave us quote including Craig. Craig's quote is reasonable and his company rated very high on BBB website. Even though his quote was not the lowest quote we got, we are convince with numbers of positive feedback he received. We want peace of mind and trusted contractor to do our roof. From the first handshake to the last handshake my new roof experience was exceptional. Craig's quote was professional and proficient, leaving no question unanswered. He knew exactly what he was going to do, and he did exactly what he agreed to do. His crew worked in a courteous, skilled and expeditious manner. Important to me was proof of insurance. Craig Gouker and his crew recently replaced our rear roof. He very promptly responded to our call for service and provided a thorough explanation of the problem. After we decided to utilize him he quickly set-up and prepared for the install. His crew did a great job and left absolutely no debris. The service was professional and we were quite pleased. Craig Gouker and his crew are very professional, and show an attention to detail that is very hard to find in residential contractors. We called Craig for an estimate, and he came almost immediately. Craig and his crew recently put a new roof and siding on our house. We are so pleased with the work that they did - we couldn't be happier! The guys were very meticulous about every aspect of the job. His guys were also very respectful of us as well as our property. They cleaned up everyday and left our property spotless when the work was complete.
