I had a jump drive go bad. Another respected place in Sioux Falls was recommended but they could not recover anything. Reading the reviews on here, I dedided to try Craig's. DTravis said to leave it on a Thursday afternoon. Travis called on Monday morning and said they were done. They saved everything and transfered to a new drive. Thanks Craig and Travis, my first stop with be you.
The staff were very friendly and immediately tried to solve my computer issue and when they needed to keep the computer to complete the problem the work was done VERY TIMELY and very fair cost! I highly recommend them for any computer needs!
