Dr. Wilkes staff are outstanding and friendly. Dr. gives me hope to fix what is wrong.
Dr. Wilkes is everything I would expect from a good doctor. He is professional and thorough. He tries to answer all my questions, although more recently he seems to be somewhat stressed by the scheduling.
Dr. Wilkes is great; he is knowledgeable with a non non-sense approach. Everyone who I met were very pleasant. The front receptionist was having a rough time keeping up with the check-in flow/demand. She was answering the phone at the same time and the line of patients went well into the lobby. No one was helping her either. I was 5 minutes early and ended up checking in 8 minutes late.
