As a new comer to the Redding community I feel very fortunate to have found Dr. Kraffert. His practice, Redding Derm, is modern and well staffed with friendly competent professionals. Dr. Kraffert himself is a highly skilled dermatologist with a great sense of humor and possesses a relaxing demeanor. I have had multiple procedures done with excellent success. Very knowledgable, entertaining, and competent
Lindsay has a wonderful bed side manner. She was very knowledgeable and gave me great results. She doesn't make unreasonable promises when it comes to results and is honest about treatment goals. I really appreciate a doctor who wants to help me look my best but not trying to recommend treatments that I don't need.
I see Lindsay for cosmetic filler and tattoo removal. Lindsay is extremely knowledgeable and very thorough. She talked me through all of the risks involved with cosmetic filler and was very responsible with her approach. She has a very good artists eye and gentle touch. Tattoo removal is very painful which I knew, but she brought in humor into our procedure to help ease my nerves and relax me. Honestly, she's the best in Redding and goes above and beyond for her patients-go see for yourself.
Dr. Kraffert used to be the nicest doctor in Redding and still might be, but his staff was so rude and disrespectful that I didn't even go to my appointment. I don't know if this is a reflection of Dr. Kraffert or if he just doesn't know how horrible his staff can be. He may need to teach them how to look at patients and say Hello. What a shame for such a nice man.
He was quick and thorough.
I would recommend Dr. Kraffert to all people needing dermatological care. He has keen knowledge of skin issues and has always been able to quickly diagnose any skin issues. He is kind, funny, and respectful of patient's time. He even occasionally offers Saturday appointments, very convenient!
Dr Kraffert took the time to address all of my skin issues that I came in with respectfully and eased any concerns I may have had. I appreciate his time and I did not have to sit in the office waiting for him...very timely.
