RecommendedI was recently visiting in Algonquin when I cracked a tooth. Dr Duncan dropped everything at 8 pm on a Saturday night and met me at his office. He saved my tooth!!! Thank you so much for jumping thru so many hoops in an emergency. You were professional, caring and put me completely at ease. Thank you Dr Duncan!
The doctor tells me to get a root canal. I do that. Then I make an appointment to get a new crown put in. The doctor cancels. The receptionist tells me they have an appointment for available Thursday. I tell her I can’t make it, I can make it next Monday. She tells me there’s nothing available for that day. It should be on my time not there’s since they canceled the appointment. Terrible people there!
Dr Duncan has been my Dentist for 30 yrs and is incredible. Not only is he skilled and caring as a Dentist but also very ethical and honest. His dental plan and veneers has given me a confident smile! Thx Dr Duncan !!!
