[Full disclosure: I've been friends with Chase and Corey for years.] I just had a cup of Cuppa Craft's San Juan Rio Coco Nicaraguan, brewed with a manual drip. My thoughts: This was a really well balanced coffee. The acidity was moderate; Latin American beans can be pretty acidic, but this was at a good level.
