Never fails to impress. Had the frise salad which was really good then my wife and I shared the waygu strip which was cooked a perfect med rare. She had the scallops, again cooked perfectly. We had the risotto, again cooked perfect, how many times can I say that in one paragraph. This was our 5th time there and it never disappoints.
The oysters and tartar to start were amazing. I've had oysters up and down both coasts and I have to say I could have forgone the meal and feasted raw bar style. That being said, I sprung for the wagyu New York strip. It was great. However; I don't really appreciate the marketing manipulation behind the name. I was lucky and got a great cut of meat. Dinner at Craftsteak was an incredible experience. The service, atmosphere, cocktails and, most importantly, the food were over the top perfection. I highly recommend it and while expensive it was absolutely worth it! We will definitely be back next time we are in Vegas.
