RecommendedWe first went to Craftsteak to celebrate right after we got engaged in Vegas in 2014, and they really went out of their way to make our night special. The food was amazing (the tartare is out of this world, and every dish is creative and delicious), the atmosphere was cozy and romantic, and the staff was so helpful and attentive. Service and food were fantastic. This is definitely not an every other week dinner out. Definitely a special occasion dinner out. Expect the check to be Up there. But worth it for our anniversary and her birthday. I had the New York strip. It was very tender and juicy. She had the surf and turf, lobster and fillet. She cannot stop talking about it.

The beef short ribs are outstanding. The side dishes like carrots and fresh corn are delicious. Randall is the best server ever. He is truly first class. This is one of my all time favorite restaurants.
