The C.U.T. team took us in when we were in dire need — when our axle on our trailer was about to break off in the middle of a cross-country road trip in a u-haul truck. They took us in same day and got us back on the road with an hours when nobody else would. CUSTOMER SERVICE was outstanding and everyone was very friendly and went above and beyond to help us. We are so grateful and they are awesome!

On Thursday morning 8/01/2024 I stopped there to have my end dump trailer repaired. I did not have an appointment and they got me in quickly and began working on my trailer. Some factory welds had cracked, my trailer box bracket had broke at the welds and needed to be repaired. Not only did they weld all the cracked welds, they reinforced my trailer box bracket by adding in more supports to keep it from happening again.
