We used Craftsmen for a commercial roofing job and were quite pleased with the entire process. The Craftsmen organization was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The job was done on time and within budget. We especially liked Craftsman's attention to detail and the care their staff and subcontractors took while on our property to correct the damages and restore our buildings.

We met with the salesman named Mike and he explained the process of working with my insurance company to replace our roof. He had performed an inspection and located what he described as hail damage. It sounded too good to be true. But a few weeks later our insurance company sent out an adjuster who inspected our roof with the craftsmen representative. Sure enough, he agreed with Mike that there was hail damage. Liberty Mutual wrote a check to cover the cost of replacing our roof, minus our deductible, which we had to pay. I... read more

I've used Craftsmen twice now and all I can say is that it is a very professionally run company. From first contact all the way until the job is finished you are in good hands. I was very satisfied with the work that was completed for us. The work was done in a timely manner and there wasn't a mess to clean up after the workers left. I would recommend Craftsmen to everyone, you'll be very happy with the quality.

My son and I were leaving for an out of state soccer trip the morning after Hurricane Sandy hit. We were without power, and upon backing out of the drive we noticed portions of our roof missing. We met up with the coach to follow him down to TN, and found that he was a Craftsmen representative. He immediately called one of his techs, who said he would be to our house within hours to tarp the area of the roof that was damaged.
