Highly recommend Craftsman Direct if you're looking to fix only what needs fixing and spend only what you need to spend. Lee will let you know of serious problems if they are there though! My wife and I had some money come in a couple years back, and with some of that we wanted to potentially replace all our siding with vinyl since we had some spots with rot. The most honest handyman around. Any other contractor would have tried to sell us an entire new bathroom. We aren't ready for a full bathroom remodel but had some broken and loose shower tiles. Lee was amazing with confirming there was no water damage, and just fixing what was broken so we can keep saving up for a big remodel.
I inquired about some restoration and remodel work and Lee got back to me very quickly. We set up a time for him to come estimate things but he never showed up and I haven't heard a single word since.
We have worked with Lee and Rick on a number of projects, and they are superb. They are honest and know their business and do a spectacular job.
Lee helped us to repair the entryway into our garage from our backyard. The solution that he provided was both well thought out and effective. I would recommend Lee to anyone who is looking for a handyman.
