So, I pop in there today at noon with a 2 month-old slight fender-bender. No docs or claim #, but it was ICBC approved so why not. This guy, Harish, jumps out of his chair, says sure...lets have a look. Walks out to my car, looks at the rear Q-panel & bumper....whack, bangs the panel back into place with his bare hand. Done. I totally agree with another customer’s review … my nightmare started after this Craftsman location gave me my car back, and the manager Dimitrios is a liar. Please learn from my lesson and never sign anything or drive your car away before making sure everything works. When they finally texted and said my car was ready to pick up after 6 weeks from the previous estimated 5 days job, I was excited and went to their office, signed the paperwork, got the keys and drove my car home. Great service from Manager, receptionist, and cleaner. Store was busy, but I am very happy with my experience.
I had made an appointment to replace my front bumper. My appointment was scheduled 2 weeks in advance, and my appointment was supposed to be at 8am on Aug 11, but on Aug 10 at 4:30pm they proceed to tell me the rental car was not available. When I was finally able to get my car in, after getting my car back, I noticed a whirring sound coming from the front of my car that was not there when I dropped it off.
