Dimitrios was great while handling difficult logistics with my car and insurance. They were patient and very easy to work with. Highly recommend!
An accident left our rear bumper hanging by a piece of plastic and the rear quarter panels damaged. The staff were exceptionally friendly, efficient and responsive. Wayne did a great job on the repairs. Dimitrios and Patrice made sure I was informed about the nature of the repairs and expected delivery date. The car looks like it did when we bought it new 6 years ago.
Fantastic results. You’d never know what a klutz I was! Looks perfect again - it’s a 2023! They were professional from start to finish. Kept me abreast of timelines by text. Were flexible, arranged for my rental and did the work quickly and on time. There was a small issue and without much discussion they quickly resolved it to my satisfaction. Highly recommend.
