Thank you for the exceptional service. I have had my vehicle serviced three times with “Craftsman” and each time the service has been of such a high standard. They stand by their name of excellent service. This time Deep Sampath looked after my BMW. When I picked up my BMW, it had been throughly cleaned, detailed. The color matched was perfect. After a hit and run experience, I took my car to Craftsman on Island Hwy. I was given an estimate of the length of time my car would be in the shop. They beat that estimate by several days! When I picked up my car, apart from the repair which looked like new, it was detailed beautifully inside and out. It was a pleasure to deal with this shop. I would definitely recommend them.
This is the second time in 4 years I’ve used this shop. Again, they provided great service!! I showed up to make an appointment for an estimate. The fellow at reception asked if he could take a look. The issue was a noticeable scratch on the passenger front door. He had a look, then asked if I could wait a minute. He came out with a tech; she had a look and asked if she could take my vehicle into the shop. Just picked up my car from Craftsman Collision in Colwood on the Old Island Hwy, Sopleased with the results! The excellent work was finished in a timely manner and I was pleased to see that they washed the exterior and they cleaned the interior as well. I highly recommend Craftsman to anyone in need of collision repair.
