Completely Horrible service !!! no updates on my car , kept delaying and making excuses when I called saying the parts were not in which I checked with Mercedes were in month before. Was told 1 Month it was 4 !!! go somewhere else !!!!
Excellent customer service, excellent vehicle repairs. Communication is superb! I will always use Craftsman Collision for all car repairs!
I was amazed by how kind and helpful these guys are, really took customer service to the next level when I had an issue with my front bumper. The quality of workmanship was also excellent and above my expectations. Will be coming here for any future body repairs.
Can't say enough positive about my experience with Craftsman Collision Colwood. This was the second time in 6 months I've used them and have been very happy with quality of workmanship, communication and helpfulness of staff both times. Over the last 30 years I've been to other body shops on the Westshore but was disappointed every time. I'm glad to have finally found the best shop around and expect to go with these guys again should the need arise. What started as a solid 5-star experience back in June has sadly been reduced to a 1-star warning to future customers. And that one star is earned for eventually getting the work done satisfactorily. Reading the other recent one star reviews I noticed a pattern that my experience eventually fell in-line with: a lack of communication, both within and from the office to the customer, and my vehicle left with damaged parts (that, to be fair, were later fixed) and a dirty vehicle.
