I had an inquiry about getting rid of bumper holes from a license plate bracket and when I called, I was given the manager, Matt, personal phone to text and discuss options. Craftsman Colwood was like the fifth shop I had called at this point and each other shop mentioned they don’t even entertain jobs that small or had any solutions, whereas Matt told me the process that would have to be done. Completely Horrible service !!! no updates on my car , kept delaying and making excuses when I called saying the parts were not in which I checked with Mercedes were in month before. Was told 1 Month it was 4 !!! go somewhere else !!!!

I was amazed by how kind and helpful these guys are, really took customer service to the next level when I had an issue with my front bumper. The quality of workmanship was also excellent and above my expectations. Will be coming here for any future body repairs.
